30 Cute Valentine’s Day Nails!

Valentine’s Day is almost here. Where has January gone so quickly? It feels like Christmas just happened, and here we are approaching February already.

Now, Valentine’s Day isn’t exactly my favourite time of the year. I am painfully single, and usually tend to be a bit of a grump about that fact. So when the holiday of love comes around, I usually retreat into my home and vow not to show my face until it’s well and truly over.

But what fun is that?

As I get older, I have begun to realize that Valentine’s Day is about so much more than just a significant other. It’s about the love you have for your friends, your family, and most importantly yourself! Okay, I know that sounds overly corny. But it’s true! Appreciating the love that you have in your life instead of feeling morose about the love you don’t have (yet!) is what this silly little holiday is all about.

This year, I’ve decided to embrace Valentine’s Day and celebrate it in little ways that make me happy- and that includes some cute Valentine’s Day nails! Recently I’ve started doing my own nails instead of heading to a salon to get them done (your girl is on a budget this year!) so Pinterest has been my best friend when it comes to inspiration (ps. follow my Pinterest here!).
