As a kid, I loved grabbing a Freezie after a long day of swimming in the sun. My mom would sometimes make her own popsicles, and it was such a treat to enjoy one as you dry off. Now, I can’t really remember the last time I’ve had a popsicle! With nostalgia leading the way, I decided to search the web for some fun “adult” pops that I could bring to a party or just enjoy on my deck.
These alcoholic popsicles are like frozen cocktails on a stick! Whether you’re a fan of rum and Coke, a nice fresh mojito or a sweet Bellini, this list has something for everyone! These frozen treats are super easy to make- just get a popsicle mould (you can grab some from the Dollar Store or Walmart) and your favourite drink recipe, pop them in the freezer for a few hours and they’re ready to enjoy! If you’re having trouble getting the popsicles to fully freeze, lower the alcohol content- remember, alcohol doesn’t freeze!
