10 Fun Summer Nails To Try!

Fun summer nails are the perfect accessory for these warm, sunny months. A plain outfit is easily spiced up with a cute manicure, and summer is the perfect time to try out something new! Whether you’re into bold colours or shiny neutrals, fun floral designs or a simple peachy pink, there’s something for everyone to try out in this list!

I used to head into the nail salon every 3 weeks and pamper myself with a manicure. It’s such a simple (and not always expensive depending on where you go) self-care activity or even a good solo date (check out my list of other fun solo date activities while you’re at it!). It’s also the perfect way to out something different without the pressure of spending $60 at the nail salon.

Sky blue nails are such a perfect colour for summer. Inspired by those clear blue skies you get on a hot sunny day, these nails stand out while still being simple and classy. You can add a design on top or just stick to a simple, coloured nail.

2. Pearly Whites

Nothing screams summer nails more than these pearly white nails! Feel like a mermaid with shimmery, pearly nails. This look is so classy and neutral, but the addition of chrome powder on top adds a bit of a twist. Also perfect if you’re planning on attending any summer weddings!

3. Vibrant Green

If you’re looking for something a bit more flashy, try out a vibrant green! Bright green has always been such a summer colour, and it looks good on any skin tone. You can go for more of an aquamarine green or head in the direction of a lime green. It’s a summer nails idea that will stick out on any skin tone!
